Sales Manager


A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required. A master’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Sales experience: Candidates should have several years of experience in financial products sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Leadership abilities: Sales managers should be able to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve goals and meet targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively are important.
